Part Eight

I started this series off by talking about all the things a person learns through out there life and if not passed on to the younger people, it gets lost to the world. A good example of this is Nicola Tesla a great inventor who lived from July 1856 to January 1943. So many of his ideas and inventions have been lost thought the years because even though he had patents on the his inventions, not all the information was included in them thus making a lot of them virtually impossible to duplicate them. Tesla had no family to pass on all his knowledge, and even with today's technology some of his inventions can not be duplicated.

Today writing a book or a series of short stories is a great way to pass on a person's knowledge for future generations. Writing a blog is another way to pass on knowledge, much like this one. There is a blog that I have found http://junevollans.blogspot.ca/ has a post that describes a way that you can publish a book if that is the direction that you want to take with the all the free time that we now have in retirement years.

This is kind of a short post today, we had to pack up and move from the place we had been house sitting for the last two months. I am very tired and have to turn in early.

Until next time keep on keeping on.
